The initial step towards learning and performing kettlebell exercises is explained in this video. The double handed KB swing is that routine. It mimics the conventional deadlift in a dynamic manner and uses momentum to lift a heavy object repetitively. The swings have been validated from an academic point of view to develop and sustain greater amounts of muscular as well as aerobic endurance.
