Fenugreek pulao is a very healthy and tasty recipe with the goodness of fenugreek leaves which is good for nursing mothers, controls cholestrol, curbs diabetic, improves skin texture, good for hair etc. Try this healthy recipe and Enjoy! Ingredients Rice - 2 cups Fenugreek leaves 1/2 to 1 cup Onion - 2 Tomato - 2 Peas optional Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp red chilly pow - 1 tsp dhania - 1 tbsp Salt as per taste Oil - 2-3 tbspn For Masala Corriander - 1/2 cup mint leaves - 1/4 cup Green chillies - 4 Coconut - 4-5 pieces sombu / fennel seeds - 1 tsp Jeera / cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp whole spices - star anise, cloves, cardamom, cinammon onion - 1/2 to 1 grind the above to fine paste
