Fenugreek pulao is a very healthy and tasty recipe with the goodness of fenugreek leaves which is good for nursing mothers, controls cholestrol, curbs diabetic, improves skin texture, good for hair etc.

Ingredients
Rice - 2 cups
Fenugreek leaves 1/2 to 1 cup
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Peas optional
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
red chilly pow - 1 tsp
dhania - 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Oil - 2-3 tbspn
For Masala
Corriander - 1/2 cup
mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 4
Coconut - 4-5 pieces
sombu / fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera / cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
whole spices - star anise, cloves, cardamom, cinammon
onion - 1/2 to 1
grind the above to fine paste
