@benhenriquez2410 years agoi dislocated my shoulder once in a heavy fall during a practice and i was told to go to the hospital and have them do it there. I was so happy i did that because i was later told that when you dislocate a limb you MUST wait for the swelling of the surrounding muscles to ease before putting the limb back in. Supposedly if you pop it back in there and then, your muscles wont ever fully recover and it will pop back out regularly for the rest of your life. Bold move by Adam but if this theory is true i would have expected that the Asterisk Crew should/would have known to let it be... Otherwise good for Adam, happy that he got back on the bike... ...2

@MrJokkoma7 years agoWhen it was as worst I got my shoulder dislocated on the dirtbike whitout even crashing, just by leaning back and accelerating on bumps it slid out and then got it back myself just by hang my arm down. After a few times like that, operation was the only solution. Having this kind of problems in this sport sucks. ...1
