Check out these 3 delicious oil-free that are vegan and gluten-free! These sauces really help add some yumminess to my meals and the best part about them is that I can eat them guilt-free because they are oil-free, gluten-free and lower in calories than store-bought dressings or sauces. I like to make my dressings/sauces per serving so I can monitor the amount of fat I'm eating per meal, but you can make as much of this as you want at a time and store leftovers in a mason jar. Try these 3 delicious oil-free sauces today and let me know your thoughts in the comments section. Recipes are down below. Thanks for watching! @melanie.38373 years ago Thank you. These are great. I try to avoid too many dressings with tahini due to the fat/calorie content, but I love the pb powder and curry recipe! Loved your "cheese" sauce recipe as well. I would love to see more recipes for sauces and dressings that we can put on steamed vegetables or noodles to make them taste better! ...

@hwyla44164 years ago As others have mentioned - yes, dried basil exists. More importantly, dried THAI basil is also available, which might be even better for that peanut sauce. Of course, fresh is best. And the quantity for dried might vary depending on just how old your jar of basil might be. The taste weakens with age. But, I don’t seem to be able to keep fresh basil alive or even fresh! Total brown thumb! ... 3

@michelleguzman99153 years ago Hi Tia, question. I picked up regular apple cider vinegar. It's not Braggs. I'll get it when I finish this bottle. Will regular work too? Hope the taste will still be yum. 1

@rhondahauser17503 years ago Here a great sauce with no oil.
Boil (3) medium zucchini until tender, reserve water.
Cool and place zucchini in blinder, add an Avocado, salt, pepper and garlic salt, juice of 1 lime and Cilantro, a squeeze of Siratcha if you like it spicy, and blend! Wala!!
Use the excess water to thin it if you need to.
This is the way they make guacamole in Mexico, but I thinned to make a sauce, burrito bowls and baked potatoes, great for dipping cucumbers, Jicama or over white beans as a dressing. It is finger licking delicious!! Enjoy 😋
