@bvistaoneمنذ 5 سنوات JC obviously has a taste for accent elements & features: triple intertwined mirrors, fireplace (though inappropriate in a tropical country}, scenic id="hidden3" class="buttons"> elevator (a given in most of my projects) brass sculptural fountain, swimming pool to the bottle-shape of his bread-and-butter, outdoor Jacuzzi (noting the laughable comment about it being ‘outdoor’), gazebo (though asymmetrical), glass mosaic portraits, stone cladded walls with a nice stone-carved wall façade at the entrance, and a beautiful well-manicured lawn.
The architecture though does not look appealing; a hodgepodge of styles and elements, and the entire ‘in-your-face’ structure is too humungous and excessive in size; the ‘homely ‘ look & feel is totally missing. Working on the 70:30 rule-of-thumbs, I wonder whether the footprint of the house is within 600 sqm. given a plot size of 2k sqm.
The view is fantastic and how I wish the entire layout was dictated by the view as the main design consideration. The interior layout could have been much better: powder room doors immediately at the lobby (foyer) and straightaway the living room with the lift proximately located. ....وسعت
