I did not know the trick about id="hidden3" class="buttons"> the vinegar tho! I am guessing, hoping you can do the same with spinach? I buy spinach often in a big bbag and store it the same way. I think my mistake is that i soak it vinegar, salt and water for an id="hidden5" class="buttons"> hour or more. I should soak for lesser time, right?
I airdry my leaves under the fan for a while, before cutting em.
