And all the states have their different styles of cooking , and a discerning diner can easily tell the difference between these . So I am sharing with you all today my 5 recipes from South Indian dish all together in a single video . Coconut Chutney , Onion-Tomato Chutney, Idli ( plain & aloo masala stuffed ) , Masala Dosa & Sambhar . south Indian recipe is one of the most versatile recipe for cooking and If you have never ever tried this at home before then surely this recipe is worth a try. Let’s begin !! •*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•* •*•*•*•*•*•*•*••*•*••*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•*•* •*•*•*•*•*•*•*• जब कोई दक्षिण भारतीय भोजन इडली, सांभर, डोसा, नारियल चटनी का उल्लेख करता है और सभी पहले व्यंजन हैं जो एक के मनमें आते हैं और यह पर्याप्त रूप से उचित है क्योंकि ये व्यंजन सभी दक्षिण भारतीय राज्यों में बहुत लोकप्रिय हैं। दक्षिण भारतीयव्यंजनों में भारत के पांच दक्षिणी राज्यों-आंध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक, केरल, तमिलनाडु मुख्य रूप से और तेलंगाना और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशोंके व्यंजन शामिल हैं। और सभी राज्यों में खाना पकाने की अपनी अलग शैली है, और एक समझदार परिपक्व भोजन प्रेमी आसानीसे इनके बीच अंतर बता सकता है। मैं आज आप सभी के साथ साउथ इंडियन डिश की मेरी 5 रेसिपीज़ को एक साथ एक ही वीडियोमें शेयर कर रहा हूँ। नारियल की चटनी, प्याज-टमाटर की चटनी, इडली (सादा और आलू मसाला), मसाला डोसा और सांभर। आइए हम आज की रेसिपी शुरू करते हैं !! INGREDIENTS 1 . Coconut Chutney Coconut- 1 pc. whole Curd- 1/2 cup Peanut- 2 spoon Chana dal- 2 spoon ( soaked in lukewarm water ) Ginger- 1 inch Green chilli- 2 pc. Hing- pinch of Dry red chilli- 4 pcs. Urad dal- 1/2 spoon Black mustard- 1/2 spoon Mustard oil - 4 spoon Curry leaves- as per your taste Iodised salt- as per your taste 2 . Onion - Tomato Chutney Onion- 2 pcs Tomato- 3 pcs Ginger- 1 inch Green chilli- 4 pcs Garlic buds- 5 pcs Cashew nut- 12 pcs Almond- 6 Pcs Urad dal- 1/2 spoon Black mustard- 1/2 spoon Dry red chilli- 5 pcs Curry leaves- 1 stick Mustard oil- 4 spoons Iodised salt- as per your taste 3.Sambhar (Masala & Gravy) Sambhar masala Coconut powder- 3 spoon Chana dal- 1 spoon Urad dal- 1 spoon Coriander seeds- 1 spoon Cumin seeds- 1 spoon Black pepper whole- 12 Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 spoon Dry red chilli- 6 pcs Black mustard- 1 spoon Curry leaves- 1 stick Sambhar Gravy Eggplant- 1 medium size Tomato- 2 pc Drumstick- 5 sticks Pumpkin- 1 medium size Beans- 100 gm Carrot- 1 pc Onion- 2 medium size Tuar dal (soaked in water)- 1 small bowl Tamarind (soaked in water)- 1 small bowl Dry red chilli- 5 pcs Black mustard- 1/2 spoon Curry leaves- 1 stick Hing- pinch of Sambhar masala- homemade Red chilli powder-1/2 spoon Turmeric powder- 1/2 spoon Iodised salt- 1 spoon or as per your taste 4. Idli (Plain & Aloo masala idli) Suji (Semolina/Rava)-2 cup Curd- 1 cup Black mustard- 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds- 1/2 spoon Urad dal- 1 spoon Curry leaves- 1 stick Green chilli- 4pcs Cashew nut-12 pcs Hing- pinch of ENO - 1/2 pkt Iodised salt- as per your taste 5 .
