Vegetarian Kimchi served with Authentic Karnataka food

I love kimchi being a vegetarian is hard to have the original Kimchi. I was searching for a Kimchi recipe which suits my palate. For the basic ingredients I added what I like to have in my Kimchi. I have used groundnut oil to combine the ingredients. served with Karnataka food...yum 😋
