2 heads of broccoli
2 celery stalks
1 cup sprouted Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
3 dates
1 Tbs Tahini
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1 small lemon
1/4 cup ACV (with the mother)
1 Tbs Dulce flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbs italian seasoning
2 Tbs crushed red pepper (or 2 packets from your local pizza place... haha)
Blend and enjoy! Top with your favorite sprouts and a few tomatoes! This is pretty low in fat, so you could add some raw crackers if you would like also! Love ya'll
