@NineQuestionMarkslast year Yeah, I think this is more of a metaphor for parents that are abusive but not physically. Bumblebees aren't much of stingers. Man kicks his daughter out of his house and she's pretending the pain is just bumblebees. I think the swelling red balls are just a metaphor for the emotional pain she's feeling. They appear on her head to symbol that the damage is in her brain. Though some of the beginning stuff makes me think the man might also be sexually abusing her, based on how he appears behind her.
EDIT: I also think the parent is also a drunkard, since one part of the beginning shows a red ball on his nose and red noses are synonymous for alcoholics.

@LOL-cringe8 months ago this is actually disturbing. @Kattan1727 months ago For those who don't understand.
The dad has anger issues and when she breaks the vase in the next sense her dad got all mad at her I made her leave the house. But when she has all the blood on her that was all from her dad who abused her. But she says the bumblebees are out because if she tell people that it was from her dad her dad will hit her. Real life lesson here thing may not be as they seem ...

@TheDaydreamer7775 months ago Okay so I have a REALLY dark theory:
A lot of people have suggested that the phrase "Pick a flower" can symbolize rape since a synonym for rape or sexual assault is "deflowering" so assuming that in this video the lyrics "Pick a flower" IS meant to symbolize that, I think this video represents how a parent kicked their young child out of the house for misbehaving, then since that child was all alone and unsupervised the poor child was raped, possibly repeatedly. I believe the lyrics "bumble bees are out" is about predators instead of literal bumble bees. ...

@jamesnewman80117 months ago My theory: in the beginning it shows the girl with blood in her eyes and her dad behind her. Which means her dad could've attacked her. Then it shows them walking around the house and she breaks a vase, dad kicks her out. And that probably signals her dad kicking her. Then she gets stung by bees and in glitches she is bleeding which probably means when someone asks what happens is that she says "bumblebees are out" and thats the end. 30 seconds, dark meaning.
EDIT: her dad attacks her and then people ask and she says "bumblebees are out" that's what I mean

@DreamyBeaniesVideos4 months ago A few years ago i stumbled across a video with this sound! I really liked it and as a kid felt encouraged enough to make a little animation using the sound. I hadnt seen this exact video so i didnt really understand the lyrics or anything but i was able to hear some of the lyrics especially the mention of flowers. So using what i heard i made a short animation with my own characters/plushies. Of course i was young so it wasnt very well made and i made it on some stickman animation app. I remember being so proud of it along with some other animations i made. I was a huge fan of Jack Stauber and didnt even know it :) ... 1

@thespacey5262last year Alright, I'll throw my hat in the ring. This to me felt like it was a story of present but absent parents. The child, despite being supervised by her dad, breaks a vase playing alone. The dad kicks the child out of the house because clearly she's to bothersome to deal with anymore. While innocently playing with attractive flowers alone and unsupervised , the kid gets stuck by bumblebees. The bumblebees symbolize the dangers and temptations kids who simply aren't given enough attention. The child is now left with a potentially deadly reaction to the stings. ... 3
